全功能緯編鞋面機用戶手冊(簡要明)Full-function Circular weft shoes upper knitting machine User’s  manual (brief description)

一，設備功能說明Device function description

1，上下雙面提花，全部配有可集圈編織功能(三功位)Top and bottom jacquard, with tuck knitting, (three working state of the knitting needles)

2，上下雙移圈，可進行雙面移圈編織(透孔織物)Top and bottom loop transfer, double face loop transfer knitting (transparent fabric)

3，自動變色換紗，四組顏色之內任意變換Automatic discoloration and yarn-changing within four colors .

4，分開喂紗功能Separate yarn feeding function

5，在執行復雜組織編織時，浮線編織和成圈編織不用經過壓針點位，只有集圈編織經過壓針點位。When complicate knitting is processing, only tucking knitting will pass through the pressing position,  floating and looping knitting don’t.

6，自動調節織物的密度和分段密度（可在小10厘米長度的范圍內實現幾種不同的織物密度）Automatically adjust the density of the fabric and the density of the segmentation.( can achieve kinds of different densities within 10cm)

二，設備產量Equipment output

1，生產布匹:每臺機器平均每天生產150米，幅寬1.45米∽1.75米之間To produce knitting fabric the daily production of each machine is 150 meters , fabric width 1.45--1.75 meters

2，生產鞋面:每臺機器平均每天生產900∽1125雙之間，女鞋可生產1200∽1500雙之間To produce shoes upper the daily production of each machine is 900-1125 pairs or 1200-1500 pairs of woman’s shoes

三，設備使用原材料:Fabrics using 

1，采用滌綸紗織造，直徑150D∽750D之間，可由多條150D紗線同時喂入，極限6條(900D)Polyester yarn , diameter 150 D-- 750 D, can combine up to six 150 D yarns into one 900 D yarn

2，采用錦綸紗(尼龍)織造直徑150D∽750D之間，可由多條150D紗線同時喂入，極限6條(900D)Nylon yarn, diameter  150 D-- 750 D, can combine up to six 150 D yarns into one 900 D yarn

3，單一材料或混紡:織造鞋面布時正常全部使用DTY，如需使用韌性不足的紗線材料時，應添加在DTY里進行混紡used for weaving upper cloth all with dty can also, with other yarns and dty blended can also. If you need to use a yarn with insufficient toughness, you must blend with the dty

4，如果要布面加硬，用熱熔絲加入紗線同時喂入，熱熔絲有兩種:滌綸成分和綿綸成分。To increase hardness, feed heating fuse together with the yarn, There are two kinds of heating fuse :polyester and nylon待續設備維護Equipment maintenance 

四，設備維護Equipment maintenance :

1，整機保修一年，保修期過后，對設備終身提供有償維修服務。One year guaranteed for whole machine. After the warranty period, we provide paid maintenance services life-long.

2，零部件按成本價提供，全部由本公司供應商體系生產。We sell the spare parts at the cost price, all the spare parts are provided with our own suppliers.

3，織針由本公司生產，須向本公司訂購，織針價格:上盤針￥3.5元/支，下盤針￥4元/支，中國以外地區不含運費。Needles are produced by our company, and must buy form our company, the price of needles:Top needle : 3.5 RMB/a needle  , bottom needle: 4.0 RMB/ a needleNo freight is available outside China. 

五:設備價格及付款方式:Equipment price and payment method

1，價格:中國國內￥42萬/臺，中國以外:$7.2萬美元/臺Price: domestic price 420000 RMB,  outside China 72000 us dollar

2，付款方式:訂設備付30%定金，在設備制造完成后，通知買方來廠付款提貨。Payment method: the fixed equipment deposit is 30%, after finishing the machine, pay the other 70% ,then delivery.

六，人員培圳Staff training中國以外廠家購置設備后可派人來學習，本公司提供培訓，沒有時間限制，直到能完全掌握設備運用和織造工藝為止或者在購置設備之前支付一筆保證金，提前派人來學習。For oversea buyers , you can send  your owner staffs to my company to be full trained with how to use the machine , no time limited. Also, you can pay for my staff to come to your company to teach .
